Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery
  

How to Request a Return

Please email us at victoriadatnowstyles@gmail.com before sending your item back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in the same condition as received
• Be unworn, unwashed and unaltered
• Include all original elements (e.g. tags, packaging if applicable)

As all items are secondhand, minor signs of wear are normal and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
  

Return Costs

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  

Refunds

• Refunds are issued after the item has been received and inspected
• Returned via the original payment method
  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Important Note on Secondhand Items

All pieces are carefully selected and inspected.
However, as preloved items, they may show subtle signs of wear.

We strongly encourage you to review:

• All photos
• Item descriptions
• Measurements (if provided)
