We carefully prepare each order to ensure your item arrives safely and as described.

We currently ship within Switzerland only.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate: CHF 12 per order

Processing Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via a trusted carrier, Swiss Post
  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched

Risk & Responsibility

Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

If a delivery issue occurs, we will of course assist you in contacting the carrier and opening an investigation.

Pick Up

1. Availability
 Customers may choose the “Pick Up” option at checkout, where available.

2. Pick Up Address
Orders must be collected from:

3. Pick Up Times
Collection is available by appointment only. Customers will be contacted via email to arrange a suitable collection time once the order is ready.

4. Processing Time
Orders are typically ready for collection within 1-3 business days. Customers will receive confirmation when their order is ready.

5. Identification
Customers must present a valid order confirmation and identification when collecting their order.

6. Third-Party Collection
If a third party is collecting the order on behalf of the customer, they must present:

  • A copy of the order confirmation
  • Their own identification

7. Collection Period
 Orders must be collected within 14 days of notification. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, the Provider reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

8. Inspection on Collection
Customers are responsible for inspecting items at the time of collection. Once the order has been collected, it is deemed accepted.

9. Missed Collection
If a customer fails to attend a scheduled collection without prior notice, a new appointment must be arranged.

Returns & Refunds

1. No Returns Policy
Due to the exclusive and second-hand nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

2. Product Condition
All items sold by Nothing To Wear are pre-owned and may show signs of wear. Any notable imperfections or defects are described and/or photographed to the best of our ability. By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts the condition of the item as described.

3. Exceptions
Exceptions are only made in the following cases:

The item received is significantly not as described

The item received is incorrect

In such cases, the Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt or collection at victoriadatnowstyles@gmail.com, including clear photographic evidence. Claims made after this period may not be considered.

4. Refunds (if applicable)
If a return is approved under the exceptions above, a refund will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been returned and inspected.
